KidSMART Martial Arts : Ages 7 to 11 years old
Our children ARE the "Next" generation.  What they learn and how they develop today, will absolutely affect them, and the world, tomorrow - either in a negative or positive way. This program is designed to help encourage students towards "Positive" personal growth through the vehicle of martial arts training. This class encourages and celebrates the exuberance and creativity of children. Through the use of creative activities, drills, exercises, games and scenario training - students are immersed in a fun experiential learning environment appropriate for children this age. Here are just some of the areas covered in the KidSMART program :
  • Basic agility, mobility and athletic skills
  • Safety and Danger awareness
  • Basic martial arts and defensive tactics skills
  • Positive social skills, teamwork and respect
  • Simple health, nutrition and fitness concepts
* Students are not required to participate in any form of competitive event, contest or tournament.
