At AEGIS Martial Arts, we are highly dedicated to the safety, longevity, quality and enjoyment of your overall training experience. Just like any sport, it is much easier and more enjoyable to train if you're not injured. Not only that, but we must also comply with certain regulatory and insurance policy requirements.

That is why we compiled this list of "Mandatory" gear, equipment and apparel, as well as listing those that are "Optional" but highly recommended.
